EN TOUTE SOUPLICITÉ

Design me a sheep!

Tsé & Tsé loves to surprise you, so for a change, I’ve designed a book.

When asked about his colossal endurance, Winston Churchill replied curtly, cigar and whisky in hand:  "No sport."

Not being made of the same steel, I need to keep my joints limber, work my muscles, and stretch my tendons. Like you, don't you?

True, the body is not an object. Even so, its gears need to be looked after.

Here, a raccoon patiently explains exercises you can do at home.

There, a sheep pleasantly loosens its vertebrae.

This bestiary is both serious and fun, far from marching in step or rambling videos. It presents series of movements based on stretching and recognized yoga practices.

It’s not really a comic book. It’s not a cookbook either. It’s not a health record… but all of those at once!

A real "side step," like all Tsé & Tsé creations.
