Serving platter, white porcelain and platinum chromo, height 7 cm, Ø 30 cm

This hollow dish magnifies the presentation of vegetables, shellfish and meat. It is handmade in France and its white porcelain sprinkled with silver confetti gives it finesse and solidity.

Irregular in shape, the dishes are made using the very artisanal process of casting between two plasters. At each casting, we observe differences that are the expression of the unique and singular character of each of these pieces. Their "imperfections" are a sign of their originality and should not be considered as faults.

The enamel coated with platinum leads to treating this hollow dish like a precious object. It is therefore recommended to wash it by hand and especially not to put it in the microwave.
