This thin blade has several significant advantages: thanks to its folded sheet handle, it is its own knife holder and therefore does not stain the tablecloth; then you can sharpen it as you wish; finally, its stamped stainless steel (18/8 quality) allows it to go through the dishwasher again and again, without ever getting tired.
